Energy Consumption in Slovenia Increases in 1994

The revival of Slovene economy is reflected in higher energy consumption which in the first eight months of this year increased by 2.9 per cent compared to the same period of 1993. Electric energy consumption increased in this period by 7.2 per cent, while that of liquid fuels by 7 per cent. Energy stocks are sufficient and higher that last year, State Secretary to the Ministry of Economy Boris Jovič told Wednesday's press conference.
