Parliament to Be Notified on Peterle's Resignation; Drnovšek Takes over the Foreign Policy

The Slovene Parliament will be notified on the resignation of Foreign Minister Lojze Peterle at its regular October session. Peterle will leave his position on October 31, while Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek will perform the tasks in the area of foreign policy until the election of new head of diplomacy.
