Extraordinary Session Behind Closed Doors - Coalition Break-Up?

Ljubljana, 28 October - PARLIAMENT/SESSION/EXTRAORDINARY/ITALY
An extraordinary session on the government report on the relations with Italy started in the Slovene parliament on Friday evening. The session is closed to the public although the opposition deputies and SKD deputies were against a closed session. Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek (LDS) refused to withdraw the mark "strictly confidential" from the materials; the parliament voted 25 to 6 in favour of his decision. However, judging by sharp words used by SKD deputies when speaking about the prime minister, a break-up in the government coalition is quite likely to happen.
