FM Rupel Announces White Paper on Border with Croatia

Zagreb, 11 March - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has revealed that his ministry was compiling a white paper on the border with Croatia, which is to be published in the spring. "I believe the time has come to show the cards, move on and close this chapter before Croatia's accession to the EU," Rupel told Croatian daily Vecernji list on Saturday.
