Slovenian Will Not Chair Montenegro Electoral Commission

Podgorica, 11 March - EU special envoy for Montenegro, Miroslav Lajcak, has withdrawn a list of proposed candidates for the post of head of the Montenegro Electoral Commission which included Tadej Labernik, the head of the PR department at the Slovenian Foreign Ministry.
