Ljubljana, 12 March - The European Parliament rapporteur for Serbia-Montenegro Jelko Kacin (LDS/ALDE) has labelled the sudden death of former Serbian and Yugoslav leader Slobodan Milosevic a "dangerous disturbance which could change the desired course of events for Serbia's EU accession".
