Croatian President Calls on LB to Pay Up

Zagreb, 13 March - Croatian President Stipe Mesic has said that the defunct Slovenian bank Ljubljanska banka (LB) should be allowed to operate on the Croatian market, but only after it recognises its debt to Croatian foreign-currency account holders.
