Govt Names Arbiter for N-plant Arbitration

Ljubljana, 16 March - The Slovenian government revealed on Thursday it has named Jan Paulsson, a lawyer at the Paris branch of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, as its arbiter in the dispute with the Croatian power utility HEP over undelivered electricity from the Krsko nuclear power plant (NEK).
