Serbia-Montenegro Less Effective as One, Montenegrin PM Says

Ljubljana, 18 March - Montenegro wants to integrate fully into Europe but to achieve this goal it needs to have full responsibility, Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic has told a Slovenian paper.
