Court of Human Rights Rules Against Slovenia Again
Strasbourg, 23 March - The European Court of Human Rights on Thursday again ruled in favour of a Slovenian citizen who complained about lengthy court proceedings, ordering the state to pay EUR 4,000 in non-pecuniary damages due to breach of Article 6 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights.
