Law Expert Decries Proposed Expansion of Surveillance Powers
Ljubljana, 25 March - Goran Klemencic, a lecturer at the Slovenian Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security, is highly critical of the proposed amendments to the act on the Slovenian Security and Intelligence Service (SOVA) and the police act, which would expand the surveillance powers of intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
