Janša: Slovenia In the Balkan Round of Negotiations

President of the Social-Democratic Party of Slovenia (SDSS) Janez Janša said, at a press conference on Wednesday, that the Slovene government made the fatal mistake in the negotiations with Italy when it publicly expressed its readiness to change the constitution, although nobody had demanded this.
