THE NEW PROPOSAL FOR THE OWNERSHIP BILL

Ljubljana, 4 May - The special so-called Plut's Committee was kept very busy during the past few weeks elaborating the new Privatization Bill, which was finally presented to the public at a press conference last week. The Bill proposes that company workers he allotted a 20 percent share of the company in the form of stocks, while the same percent of the total worth of a company is to take the shape of citizens' shares. This packet of stocks is to he made available for purchase at 10 percent of their value.
