Serbia-Montenegro Needs to Change, EU Envoy Lajcak Claims

Ljubljana, 31 March - Regardless of the outcome of the 21 May referendum on the independence of Montenegro, a new solution is needed for the ineffective state union of Serbia-Montenegro, EU's special envoy to Montenegro Miroslav Lajcak has said.
