Izola, 19 April - Croatian police arrested and then released Josko Joras, the self-styled defender of Slovenia's southern border, for crossing the Croatian border outside a border crossing Wednesday. The Slovenian Foreign Ministry has already delivered a note of protest to the Croatian Embassy in Ljubljana.
