PRESS REVIEW FROM SLOVENIA, LJUBLJANA, May 7. 1992 (STA)

Ljubljana, 7 May - DELO: RELENTLESS SLOWNESS - In the short run, anger and dissatisfaction with Western diplomacy which relentlessly seeks excuses in regard to the Yugoslav crises only to postpone the final decisive move to punish the perpetrators of the clashes who ceaselessly ignore their international obligations, is understandable. But on the long run this policy gives results. Sharp moves aren't to be expected now or in the future. All measures, which will in time be on the agenda, will be woven in slowly and in continuity. The duty of the Slovenian diplomacy is to persistently caution of the scope of the Yugoslav crises, writes Darijan Košir.
