Human Rights NGOs Ask ICTY to Review Kucan Testimony
Ljubljana/The Hague/Zagreb, 25 April - Three human rights organisations have address a joined appeal to the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) asking it to review Slovenian President Milan Kucan's testimony before the court because of a suspicion that he may have made false statements.
