Slovenian Electricity Industry After Independence

Ljubljana, 10 May - "With regard to the production of electrical energy Slovenia is not independent, since in the event of a break down, it would have to ensure its own reserves from the biggest 300 megawatts plant." said Mr. Pavle Omahen, the President of the Milan Vidmar Institute, at the recent meeting of the group of experts responsible for electrical energy. This is one of the conditions which exist within the European electrical energy system of UCPTE.
