Slovenia Fails to Get Seat on UN Human Rights Council
New York/Ljubljana, 10 May - Slovenia was not elected to the new Human Rights Council when the UN General Assembly elected all 47 members of the new UN agency on Tuesday, but it will post its candidacy again next year, the Foreign Ministry commented the outcome of the vote on Wednesday.
