State Secretary Golob in Strasbourg

State Secretary to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia Ignac Golob addressed the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe at their 95th session in Strasbourg on Thursday. Secretary Golob, the first speaker in the discussion on expansion of the Council of Europe and the future role of this organization, warmly welcomed the admission of Andorra as a new full member of the paneuropean organization.
