Ljubljana, 12 May - The Slovenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Dimitrij Rupel and Special Envoy of the Chinese Government and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dai Bing Kuo signed a document ob establishment of the economic relations in Ljubljana today.
