Ljubljana, 13 May - DNEVNIK: DEFENDING DEMOCRACY - The hearing of candidates for Drnovšek's cabinet are over, but the great trial awaits. Now comes the announced and expected ballot, or maybe not, writes Ivanka Mihelčič, since in our parliament, in which it is unclear who drinks the honey, but well known who brings it, anything is possible! Even obstructions from the side of the newly born opposition which threatened not to attend the session if the President of the parliament persists at his decisions. They promised a different show. As Demos' delegate Daniel Starman put it: they would like to make it a Roman arena. Their activities, which they call constructive, are, as they say, defending democracy.
