Strasbourg Court Fines Slovenia over Backlogs again
Strasbourg, 1 June - The European Court of Human Rights has passed another in a series of judgments against Slovenia, ordering the state to pay between 1,200 and 6,400 euros in non-pecuniary damages to 16 Slovenian citizens due to excessive length of court proceedings.
