MARIBOR - The Slovenian Observatory of Entrepreneurship 2005, a survey comparing Slovenian entrepreneurship to that of the EU, is to be presented at 11 AM. LJUBLJANA - Parliament is to resume its June session at 9 AM with a debate on the changes to the act on job seeking and the insurance against unemployment and a second reading of the changes to the law on the general elections which introduce a 35% women's quota.
LJUBLJANA - A conference on equal opportunities of men and women as a prime mover of European and Slovenian development is to begin at 9:30 AM. The event is organised by the Slovenian Office for Equal Opportunities.
LJUBLJANA - A web forum on the future of Europe is to be presented at 10:30 AM, to be organised by the Information Office of the European Parliament and the Institute of Ecology in cooperation with the Faculty of Social Sciences.
LJUBLJANA - The Defence Ministry is to host a traditional annual meeting of foreign defence attaches accredited to Slovenia. The event closes on Friday.
LJUBLJANA - A monument to famous Slovenian architect Joze Plecnik (1872-1957) is to be unveiled in front of the City Hall at noon (STA/PHOTO).
LJUBLJANA - An exhibition "United in Victory" marking this year's 15th anniversary of Slovenia's independence is to be opened in the National Museum of Contemporary History at 8 PM.
LJUBLJANA - A photo exhibition of the Secovlje salt pans by acclaimed painter and graphic artist Lojze Spacal (1907-2000) is to open at the National Gallery at 8 PM.
