Slovenia Opens Embassy in Montenegro
Podgorica/Cetinje, 23 June - Slovenia opened an embassy in Montenegro on Friday as the first country to do so after Montenegrins voted for independence from Serbia on 21 May. The embassy was inaugurated by Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel.
