Slovenia's Largest Bank Gets Four New Supervisors

Ljubljana, 28 June - Shareholders of Slovenia's largest bank, NLB, have confirmed a proposal for new supervisory board members following the departure of two Slovenian members. The AGM also backed the management's proposal for a dividend payout.
