Ljubljana, 4 July - One of the principles of a democratic justice system is that when in doubt the decision must be ruled in favour of the accused. This is how the judges ruled in the Milica Makoter case by acquitting her of conspiracy to murder charges, the daily Delo comments on Tuesday.
