Temporary Ban on Sale of Krka's Zyllt in Serbia Lifted
Belgrade, 5 July - The Higher Commercial Court in Serbia's Novi Sad has lifted a temporary ban on sales of Krka's drug Zyllt in Serbia. The court rejected on 30 June a temporary injunction for alleged infringement of Sanofi Aventis's patent covering the active substance clopidogrel, Slovenian drug maker Krka said on Wednesday.
