Bilingual Signs Constitutional Bill Off as SPOe Rejects Proposal
Vienna/Klagenfurt, 12 July - The Austrian Social Democrats (SPOe) on Wednesday decided to reject the Austrian government's latest proposal on resolving the bilingual sings issue in the province of Carinthia. On Tuesday the proposal was also rejected by the two main organisations of the Slovenian minority, the Association of Slovenian Organisations (ZSO) and National Council of Carinthian Slovenians (NSKS).
