Milan Kučan: Central and Eastern Europe - Expectations and Perspectives for Future Cooperation with the EU

Today Europe has, once again, two possibilities; either to establish the balance by using the military and economic power, or reach an agreement about that in the name of the peace of all, said Slovene President Milan Kučan at the conference European Weak in Wiesbaden, Germany, on Monday.
