Ljubljana, 3 August - While the inspectors of the Environment and Spatial Planning Ministry do not give a hoot about a number of buildings in Ljubljana that genuinely imperil people's safety, they have acted spectacularly in the case of a tiny arts building belonging to the cultural centre Metelkova mesto, the daily Dnevnik comments on Thursday.
