Postal Company Ups Profits by 50% in First Half of 2006

Maribor, 9 August - National postal company Posta Slovenije posted a profit of SIT 4.8bn (EUR 19.95m) in the first half of 2006, up 54% year-on-year, the company said on Wednesday. Its revenues meanwhile rose 13% to SIT 27.5bn (EUR 114.32m) in the same period.
