Barkindo Feels Calls for OPEC to Stand In for Iran Premature
Ljubljana, 28 August - Acting Secretary General of OPEC Mohammed Barkindo believes it is inappropriate at the moment for the international community to be asking Iran's fellow OPEC members to be ready to pick up the slack in case Iran turns off its taps because of the standoff with the West over its nuclear programme.
