Baby Nelly One of 100 Recipients of Free Biometric Passports
Nova Gorica, 28 August - One-year old Nelly Spacapan Savic is one of the 100 Slovenian citizens who will receive their new biometric passport for free, based on a draw. The Interior Ministry started issuing the passports on Monday.
