Russia and Slovenia establish diplomatic relations

Ljubljana, 25 May - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Andrej Vladimirovič Kozirev, and the Slovenian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Dimitrij Rupel, have signed the protocol on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in Ljubljana today.
