Kompas Says Tie-Up with Adriatica.net First Phase of Integration

Ljubljana, 30 August - Slovenian tour operator Kompas has confirmed that Croatian tourist agency adriatica.net had become the majority owner with a stake of 50% plus one share. This wraps up the first phase of integration whose objective it is to create a strong European tourism corporation, Kompas said on Wednesday.
