Ljubljana, 31 August - Austrian Ambassador to Slovenia Valentin Inzko has conferred the Austrian Golden Order of Merit for achievements in the field of culture between Austria and Slovenia on Monika Kartin, Slovenian cultural attache in Berlin, the Austrian Embassy said on Thursday.
