Defence Minister Denies Claims of Expensive Armoured Vehicles

Ljubljana, 7 September - Defence Minister Karl Erjavec has denied reports by the daily Dnevnik that armoured personnel carriers supplied by the Finnish defence company Patria would cost much more than originally planned. The ministry is still buying 135 vehicles for a price of SIT 64bn (EUR 266m), Erjavec told the parliamentary defence committee on Thursday.
