The Republic of Kosovo will organize its own state
Ljubljana, 26 May - After the declaration of the results of the first multiparty elections of the parliamentary delegates and of the president of the Republic of Kosovo, the first elected president of Kosovo, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, for whom 98 per cent of voters in 29 electoral districts voted in favour, stated for the Priština newspaper Bujku that the just ended elections in Kosovo mean a new quality which evidences that these people can organize its own government and state.
