Students Call for Constitutional Review of Higher Education Act
Ljubljana, 11 September - The Slovenian Students Organisation (SOS) asked on Monday the Constitutional Court to rule on the constitutionality of the changes to the higher education act and the decree on introduction of the education classification system, Bojan Kurez of SOS told a press conference. Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Jure Zupan finds the petition for a constitutional review of the law unnecessary.
