Ljubljana Mayoral Candidate Arhar Presents Election Programme

Ljubljana, 12 September - France Arhar, an independent Ljubljana mayor hopeful standing with the backing of all major ruling parties, on Tuesday stressed "the search of a common denominator between the city council and the mayor on one side and between the capital and the state on the other" as his main challenges if he becomes mayor.
