FM Says Latest Border Dispute Entirely Croatia's Fault
Ljubljana, 13 September - FM Dimitrij Rupel has said the blame for the latest troubles on the border with Croatia rests squarely on Slovenia's neighbour, which has failed to take the Slovenian hand of compromise and has instead acted selfishly. He suggested in a late-night talk show on public broadcaster TV Slovenija that Croatia had betrayed Slovenia over plans for the reconstruction of levees in a disputed border stretch on the Mura river.
