Information on refugees in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 27 May - Slovenia has offered shelter to over 56,000 refugees so far, announced the Slovenian Office for Protection and Rescue at the Ministry of Defence. At the Red Cross offices there are over 34,424 requests for refugee status, among them 1600 children of one year, 1,197 children of the age between one and two and 5,630 children of the age between two and seven. At the collection centres of the civil protection there are 15,119 person.
