Parliamentary Speaker Says Slovenia Favours Kosovo Self-Rule
Ljubljana, 18 September - Slovenia, which "already as part of the Austro-Hungarian empire supported the right of a nation to self-determination", wants this principle to apply to Kosovo too, Parliament Speaker France Cukjati said Monday after talks with Kosovo counterpart Kole Berisha.
