Ljubljana, 24 September - Below is a schedule of events for Monday, 25 September:

NEW YORK, US - As part of his ten-day visit to the US, FM Dimitrij Rupel is to address the plenary session of the UN General Assembly. He is also scheduled to meet his counterpart from Guatemala Gert Rosenthal Koeningsberger and deliver a lecture at Columbia University.

VIENNA, Austria - Slovenian Ambassador to Austria Ernest Petric is to take over the chairmanship of the board of governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). (STA)

LJUBLJANA - Parliament is to begin September's session at 2 PM with questions time. PM Janez Jansa and the cabinet members are to be on hand for questions from the MPs. (STA/PHOTO)

LJUBLJANA - Interior Minister Dragutin Mate is to meet Bosnia-Herzegovina's Minister of Security Barisa Colak, who will be on a visit to Slovenia. BRUSSELS, Belgium - EU ministers responsible for competition are to meet. Slovenia is to be represented by Economy Ministry State Secretary Andrijana Starina Kosem.

OULU, Finland - EU agriculture ministers, including Slovenia's Marija Lukacic, are to hold an informal meeting dedicated to the future of the Common Agriculture Policy.

KOCEVSKI ROG - The Government Commission for Unmarked Graves is to hold a press conference at 11 AM to speak about plans to move the remains of victims of post-WWII summary executions in one of the unmarked graves in Kocevski gozd forest.

LJUBLJANA - The management boards of Telekom Slovenije and Ljubljana Stock Exchange are to speak about the telco's planned listing at a press conference scheduled for 2 PM. Telekom officials are also expected to speak about the company's operations.

LJUBLJANA - The leaders of the three biggest centre-right parties in Slovenia - Janez Jansa of the SDS, Andrej Bajuk of the NSi and Janez Podobnik of SLS - are to express their backing for candidate for Ljubljana mayor France Arhar at a press conference at 1:30. LJUBLJANA - Ljubljana mayor candidate Jozef Kunic, who is running for the centre-left Liberal Democracy (LDS), is to register his bid with election bodies at 2 PM.

LJUBLJANA - Parliament Speaker France Cukjati is scheduled to receive the new German Ambassador to Slovenia, Hans Joachim Goetz at 10 AM.

LJUBLJANA - The Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs is to host at noon a panel on the integration of migrants on the Slovenian labour market.

CELJE - An exhibition of 100 photographs from National Geographic Slovenija magazine is to be opened at 7 PM.
