Poll: Drnovsek's Cancellation of Foreign Visits Unpopular
Ljubljana, 25 September - A public opinion poll has shown that President Janez Drnovsek's recent decision to cancel a number of visits abroad because of a cash shortage in his office is fairly unpopular among Slovenians. Nevertheless, he still holds the upper hand in the dispute with PM Janez Jansa over the funding of his office.
