Ministry Says Slovenia On Track to Fulfill Kyoto Obligations
Ljubljana, 27 September - The Slovenian Environment Ministry has said it had received confirmation from the European Commission that carbon sequestration would be taken into account in the calculations of the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. This means that Slovenia would be on track to fulfill its obligations under the Kyoto Protocol.
