Ljubljana, 30 September - While Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel ended his attendance at the 61st UN General Assembly meeting in New York, defence ministers of NATO countries met in the Slovenian seaside resort of Portoroz and decided expand NATO's ISAF mission in Afghanistan. Slovenia also began its stint as the chair of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) while President Janez Drnovsek and PM Janez Jansa managed to bury the hatchet.
