NATO Urges Russia, Georgia to "De-escalate Tensions"
Portorož, 29 September - The two-day informal meeting of NATO defence ministers in Portoroz concluded on Friday with an appeal by Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer to Georgia and Russia to "moderate and de-escalate tensions", which have become even more aggravated after the arrest this week of four Russian servicemen in Georgia.
