Grosuplje, 22 October - Prime Minister Janez Jansa cast his vote for Sunday's local elections in Grosuplje, just south-east of Ljubljana, confident that the vote would give Slovenia local authorities that would be capable of cooperating in the historic project of regionalisation and making an effective use of EU funds.
